This guy’s a solid 6-foot-3 and weighs 285 pounds, hailing from Philly. He had a decent regular season, wrapping things up with 11 tackles, two for a loss, and even managed to hurry the quarterback once. Not too shabby, especially since he was behind some big names like Ty Robinson and Nash Hutmacher.

Now, with both those guys leaving after the Huskers’ bowl game, Jeudy’s experience will be super important for the team. This will be his third year in Lincoln, and he’s still got one season of eligibility left.

Interestingly, he walked during Senior Day against Wisconsin, which can be a bit of a mixed message. Head coach Matt Rhule even mentioned that if players aren’t sure about their future, they should still participate in the ceremony. It’s like a way to keep the door open for them to return.

After spring ball, defensive line coach Terrance Knighton described Jeudy as the “wildcard” of the group. He’s got a lot of potential—Knighton thinks he can pretty much do it all on the field, and he really emphasized how important Jeudy’s performance will be if they want to aim for the top defense in the country.

So, yeah, it looks like Nebraska is set to have a strong line next season with Jeudy back in the mix.
